Thursday 28th January Hindu temple celebrate Thaipusam which is a day or prayers and penance dedicated to Lord Subramaniam also known as Lord Murugan a major South Indian Go, the deity of youth, power and virtue, this festival is a time for repentance for devotees with celebration carried out mainly at the temple,l due to our recent pandemic there is no procession with devotees carrying kavadi along the route from one temple to another.
