For the first time during the pandemic this year, the celebration of the annual River Hongbao series will be moving to Garden by the Bay, the celebration had been brought to the masses from the people at Singapore Federation Chinese Clans Associations, Chinese Chamber of Commerce, Singapore Press Holdings, the People's Association and Singapore Tourism Board since its inception in 1987.
