1955 when I first moved into this neighbourhood, there was about a handful of this type of houses. Slowly many of these houses are torn down and rebuilt and this unit sits directly opposite my house. I think only time will tell when and how long will they survive
Recently in the new reported that the house was sold 4 million and everyone had come out to stake a claim
